Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order is placed, we will prepare and ship your package within 48 hours (please note that customized products take longer).
Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you or sent via SMS if you provided your phone number at checkout.
If you do not receive your tracking details, please check your spam folder.
We also offer third-party insurance via Route, which covers any issues that may occur during shipment. You can select Route at checkout for added protection. For more information, click here.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us at service@petoart.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note: once your order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation.
Duties & Taxes
We ship to over 220 countries worldwide!
Please note: When ordering outside of the United States, the recipient is responsible for ensuring that products can be imported to their country.
The recipient acts as the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their destination country. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment arrives in your country.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the total order cost (including original shipping and return shipping fees) will not be refunded.

Customs clearance typically takes 1 business day but may vary.

Provide a phone number at checkout so customs can contact you if needed.

Do not refuse shipments or ignore carrier requests about duties or taxes. Most carriers hold shipments for 5 days before returning or abandoning them.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico may require additional charges and extended delivery times.

Store credit may be issued for out-of-stock items. Refunds are available upon request.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note, PetoArt is closed on weekends and major holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

PetoArt reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders. All fraudulent activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

For orders marked as delivered by carriers (USPS, Canada Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx), PetoArt is not responsible for lost packages.
