Our "Happy Paws" Return Policy

At PetoArt, we want you and your furry friends to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return process as smooth as possible.

1. The 14-Day Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Cancellations: If you change your mind, you can cancel for a full refund before the item has shipped or entered production (for custom items).
Post-Shipping: Once an order is on its way, we cannot cancel it. Please wait for it to arrive and then follow our return process.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in "like-new" condition. This means:

Unused & Unworn: In the same condition you received it.
Original Packaging: All tags and boxes must be intact.
Pet-Ready: Free from stains, pet hair, or odors.
Standard Items Only: Please note that customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Start Your Return

We’ve kept it simple. Just follow these three steps:

Get in Touch: Email us at service@petoart.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack it Up: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
Ship it Back: Send your package to the address below.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will land back on your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges: Want a different size or color? Follow the return steps above. Once we inspect the original, we’ll ship your new choice out! (Note: Additional shipping fees may apply).

Shipping Costs

If we made a mistake: (Damaged or incorrect item) We cover 100% of the shipping costs.
If you changed your mind: (Ordered wrong size/color/no longer wanted) The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Good News: We do not charge restocking fees!
