Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at service@petoart.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to address any issues you may have.

However, due to the custom-made nature and significant time investment required for each PetoArt creation, we may not be able to accept returns. For all customized products that require your approval, we will provide a preview before production, as stated on our product pages. This excludes 100% handmade pencil drawings and wool felt products, as these items cannot be previewed or predicted in advance. However, our craftsmanship is highly consistent — please feel free to refer to our customer reviews and social media images for reference.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price to secure your place on our waiting list.
If you decide to cancel your order before we begin production, we will refund your payments, excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations for orders that are already in progress will be refunded at 50% of the total price.
We appreciate your understanding.

Order Change Policy

If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us at service@petoart.com as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note, we cannot guarantee changes beyond this time frame, as we may have already begun work on your order.
